SRG Members are committed to reflecting the diversity of their communities,
in both their staffs and their audiences.
SRG Members are committed to expanding the audiences for the public service journalism, arts and cultural programming, civic engagement, live events, and related products. Creating organizational cultures that are welcoming, equitable, and committed to excellence is fundamental to accomplishing these goals. SRG works with key leaders at Member institutions to facilitate the adoption of effective strategies across a range of activities—talent acquisition, onboarding, training, compensation, community engagement, governance, and more—to help its Members more fully realize their public service missions.
